Little Lulu & Tubby Ceramic Figurines.  This set was created in 1974 by the Western Publishing Co. in Racine Wisconsin. Note: for reasons we don't know, Lulu is pictured as a blonde.

They stand approximately 7" tall and has 1974 Western Publishing Co, Inc. on the reverse side of the base. They are on overall good condition, no cracks or chips that I can see with good color for their age.
